We know how frustrating it is to make a sale only to discover your earnings have disappeared because the customer was a fraudster.

As long as you deliver the goods and services you sell, FairPay protects you from chargebacks on 3D Secure transactions.

We request 3D Secure payments from customers whenever possible. If a 3D Secure customer proves to be a fraudster, you will keep your earnings.

Please note that some old cards are still not eligible for 3D Secure payments. In this case, FairPay does not protect you against chargebacks.
